That by the way of this writ application, the petitioner prays this Hon'ble Court for issuance of the appropriate writ / writs, direction / directions, order / orders
Patna High Court CWJC No.2361 of 2024(2) dt.02-05-2024 2/2 commanding the State respondents to take the appropriate actions against the Private Respondents No.9 and 10, who along with their family members forcibly & illegally residing in the house of the petitioner and demanding Rs.10,00,000/- as a rangdari to vacate the house of petitioner. Due to non-action and non-help of the Police & State respondents, the petitioner has come in the shelter of this Hon'ble Court."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.
