The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bangaon P.S.Case No.75 of 2020 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 11.04.2023 passed in Cr.Misc.No.7695 of 2023. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the fact that similarly situated coaccused has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court,
