2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Agamkuan PS Case No.604 of 2024 dated 21.07.2024, instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 74, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that on the alleged date of occurrence the daughters of the informant along with their friends, Anju Kumari, was returning home from market and when they reached near house, the petitioner along with co-accused, Raju, who were drinking wine there, started teasing them. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that neither there is specific allegation against the petitioner nor the petitioner misbehaved with the daughters of the informant. Further submission is that the occurrence is alleged to have taken place on 20.07.2024 at 4.00 PM but the FIR has been lodged on 21.07.2024 without explaining the delay. Further submission is that there is no injury report of the informant available in the case record. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner has one criminal antecedents.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IV, Patna City, Patna, in Agamkuan PS Case No.604 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
