2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goreakothi P.S. Case No. 270 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is the husband of the victim and the allegation is of killing the victim for demand of dowry.
4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased has committed suicide. Independent witness has said that because after a dispute the victim has committed suicide out of anger. The petitioner is in jail since 15.11.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Goreakothi P.S.
