Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 434/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and from perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the name of the petitioner came in the confessional statement of coaccused and except the confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 3.9.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
