There is case and counter case between the parties and it appears from Annexure-4 to the petition that the informant sustained simple injury.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail in almost all the above-said cases.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten
