The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Krishna Ranjan Kumar son of the informant. The son of the informant got three injuries on his head but no sharp edged weapon was found. One lacerated wound was found on the head of Krishna Ranjan Kumar. The doctor reserved the opinion with regard to nature of injury, but the same was not produced. The occurrence took place due to land dispute and there is no repetition of blow. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42871 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in Banshi P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015.
