The petitioners complain of irregularities in distribution of flood relief by the local Mukhiya. Learned Counsel for the petitioners invites attention of this Court to a representation filed before the District Magistrate, Darbhanga on 26.09.2017 to submit that although

Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and considering that the petitioners have already approached the District Magistrate, Darbhanga with their grievance, for the present, we direct the District Magistrate, Darbhanga to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 26.09.2017 enclosed at Annexure-1 of the writ petition and dispose of the same in accordance with law by a speaking order to be passed within three months of the receipt/production of a copy of this order.
