The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Rizwan Alam was arrested with stolen motorcycle and he disclosed that he committed theft of motorcycle in K. Sector Park with the help of Sohail Alam. He further disclosed that he sold one stolen motorcycle to Manish Kumar, the petitioner. The informant came to know that Manish Kumar had gone to hospital from where Manish Kumar was apprehended. It has been submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The motorcycle was recovered from near Ishwar Dayal Hospital. Sohail Alam has
