The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Aurangabad (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 05 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 447, 323, 307, 354B, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. There are cross cases and the injuries are simple in nature. The case would not fall within the ambit of Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, I am inclined to allow the petitioners on bail, in the event of arrest they shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under
