2. The present writ application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 18.10.2018 passed by the Court of Additional Collector, Siwan in connection with Mutation Cancellation Case No. 113/2018-19.

3. Learned counsel for the State has made preliminary objection that the order passed by the Additional Collector, Siwan in jamabandi case is challengeable before the Collector, Siwan in jamabandi cancellation appeal.

4. As such, the present writ application is disposed off

Patna High Court CWJC No. 2819 of 2023(3) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 directing the petitioner to avail his remedy before the Appellate Authority within four weeks' and delay if any, is hereby condoned.
