This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No.395 of 2022 registered for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.05.2023 and 01.03.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Nos. 61208 of 2022 and 3836 of 2024 respectively. 3.

As per the F.I.R., the petitioner and one Dinesh Rajwansi were arrested and an amount of Rs.3,30,000/- was recovered from the possession of said Dinesh Rajwanshi. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2022.

Considering the period of custody of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14710 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 6.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., VIII, Bhojpur at Ara / concerned Court below, in connection with Piro P.S. Case No.395 of 2022, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the blood relatives of the petitioner.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Karakat Police Station, District- Rohtas on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
