JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in Para -3 of the petition within course of the day. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have given iron rod causing injury to informant's son who as per Annexure-2 to this petition sustained simple injury said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.Case No. 520 of 2015.
