The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Panapur PS case no. 182 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding two accused persons having kidnapped the minor girl of the informant and when the mother of the informant had gone to the petitioner herein who happens to be the mother of one of the co-accused person namely Raju Kumar, the informant was abused and attempt was made to assault her.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no relationship with the alleged act which could be attributable to his son, however there is no
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9708 of 2019(2) dt.19-02-2019 2/2 allegation about her complicity in kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent and she is languishing in custody since 03.12.2018.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur PS case no. 182 of 2018.
