Accusation against the petitioner is that he took huge amount from informant on the pretext to provide him government job in railway but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that in support of the aforesaid accusation, except oral evidence, there is no documentary evidence with the informant nor the same has surfaced in course of investigation.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
