The petitioner seeks bail in Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No. 289 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 121(A), 121, 120(B) and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, section 4/5 of the Explosive Substances Act and sections 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 and 22 of the UAP Act. As per the prosecution case, one mobile, one detonator attached with power gel explosive with wire and two power battery, one knife and two camouflage caps were recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of enemies. Considering the period of custody and the fact that petitioner claims clean antecedent, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No. 289 of 2021.
