No one appears for the State.

Petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondent authorities for payment of his post retiral benefits who retired on 31.08.2020 from the post of Tube Well Khalasi, Public Health Sub-Division, Motihari.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6503 of 2021(2) dt.04-09-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a number of representations have been filed by the petitioner before Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 (Annexure P series.) but none of his representation has been disposed. Learned counsel further seeks permission to file a fresh representation raising his grievances before Respondent No.6.

In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, let the petitioner be permitted to file a fresh representation before Respondent No.6, the Executive Engineer, Public Health Division, Motihari within a period of three weeks and if such representation is filed, Respondent No.6 will dispose the same in accordance with law and by a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation. Needless to say that if any amount is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within a further period of one month from the date of disposal of the representation of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant writ application is disposed of.
