One loaded country-made pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, for which, petitioner is cooling his heels behind the bar since 10-06-2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barauni (Garhara) P.S.
