Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parbatta P. S. Case No.72 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 324, 325, 307 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The informant alleged that the petitioners having armed with different weapons came and assaulted the informant. They also fired to kill the informant. Raushan Singh got injury. The informant brought Raushan Singh to the hospital. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific allegation is made against the petitioners, but it appears
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18957 of 2021(2) dt.05-04-2021 2/2 that all the petitioners having armed with different weapons assaulted Raushan Kumar Singh and petitioner no.2 Shailendra Singh is said to have fired. It appears from perusal of Paragraph3 of the bail petition that the petitioners have got criminal antecedents and they are accused in as many as seven criminal cases.
Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail and the same is rejected.
