The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25 (1-b) A, 25(1-A), 25(1-AA) 26 (i) (ii) (iii) 35 of the Arms Act. Arms and ammunitions were recovered from a field. The petitioner is said to have apprehended on chase. It is submitted that petitioner has gone to see his field and nothing has been recovered from his personal possession. The petitioner is in jail since 26.11.2014 and similarly situated accused Md. Ali Azam and Md. Injamamul Haque have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41567 of 2015 (2) dt.10-09-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Munger in Sessions case No. 109/2015 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 221 of 2014 (G.R. No. 2490/14).
