This application has been filed for issuance of writ of nature of mandamus and directing the respondent authority to make sure the arresting of the accused persons in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S.Case No. 432 of 2017 dated 02.08.2017 under sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 472 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that similar issue has already been set at rest by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 09.09.2022, passed in CR.W.J.C No. 153 of 2017 ( Surendra Singh vs. State of Bihar and others.) and other analogous cases.

Since, similar issue has already been decided by a coordinate bench of this Court, this criminal writ petition is also

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2226 of 2017(2) dt.14-02-2023 2/2 disposed of in terms of aforesaid order.

With the aforesaid liberty, this writ application stands disposed of.
