The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b) a,26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession one loaded country-made pistol, some cash and mobile were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 03.02.2015. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than seven months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
