JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Abhay Kumar Roy learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 413 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 16.09.2021 are person with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and allegation is of recovery of 308 liters of liquor from a Truck.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
Considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody since 16.09.2021 are person with clean antecedent and chargesheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioners, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -II cum Special Judge, Excise, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S.
