2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 167 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 366 (A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the brother-in-law of the main accused Dilip Kumar with whom the victim was in a relationship.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO)-cumAddl.
