The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/342/323/354/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code was added. Topos Das is alleged to have outraged the modesty of the victim. The petitioner is alleged to have threatened the victim if any voice was raised.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st-cum-Special judge (POSCO Act), Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 170/2015.
