1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submit that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 30.03.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No.4659 of 2018, the Additional Chief Secretary, Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, has already passed a reasoned order dated 27.08.2024, rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 27.08.2024. Liberty so sought is granted.
