2. Mr. Kinkar Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Lalit Narayan Mithila University informs that he has received instruction that under different heads of pensionary benefits, the petitioner has been paid during the pendency of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6976 of 2021(11) dt.13-07-2026 2/2 present writ petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he may file a detailed representation before the appropriate authority.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not received interest on account of delayed payments under different heads, as such, he wants to file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the University.

4. The Registrar of the University consider the claim of the petitioner and if he finds that same is in accordance with law, he must ensure to dispose of the representation of the petitioner forthwith and ensure payment to the petitioner well within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
