The petitioner is languishing in custody since 30.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that Tata 207 pick-up van of the informant was being taken away by this petitioner. It is also alleged that the petitioner took away Rs.8,000/- from the house of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since there was some wages dispute between the informant and the petitioner the accusation has been levelled and neither any recovery has been made from the petitioner nor any one saw taking away the vehicle.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41105 of 2014 (03) dt.23-01-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation and the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 185 of 2013.
