The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to issue Letter of Intent (LOI) and work order to the petitioner for construction of combined building for ANM, GNM & Para-medical Institute at Rajapakar, Vaishali and Para-medical Institute with Hostel at Supaul as it has been declared Lowest-1 in the bid process.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the representation said to have been filed by the petitioner on 19.12.2017 is directed to be disposed of in which event,

4. Learned counsel for the respondents appear and have been heard. They have no objection to the prayer of the petitioner if any direction is given to the authority.

Having regard to the nature of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner and with consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Managing Director, Bihar Medical Services and Infrastructure Corporation Ltd., Biscomaun Bhavan, Gandhi Maidan, Patna (respondent no. 2) to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation said to have been filed on 19.12.21017 before the respondent no.2, if the same is still pending before him, on its own merits and in accordance with law.
