As appears from the very reading of the written report, it is true that the petitioner, the father of the husband and his brother respectively, are named in it but there are specific allegations against other accused persons of asking the lady to bring additional dowry and also taking her to doctor for causing miscarriage.

Let the above named two petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Prashant Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Khagaria in Gogri P.S.Case No.138 of 2014.
