The petitioner seeks bail in Chandauti P.S. Case no. 32/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant Surendra Yadav. Other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant with Khanti. Two injuries are found on the head of the informant which are said to have been caused by sharp edged weapon but the injuries are simple in nature. The doctor has opined that the injuries are dangerous for life but did not opine that the injuries are simple or grievous. The petitioner has already remained in jail for three months. There is a

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Chandauti P.S.
