JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, petitioner was working as Night Guard and he received Rs. 12,000/- as bribe on the direction of General Manager. Moreover, it is apparent from the aforesaid fact that the petitioner had no authority to sanction the loan. Petitioner is in jail custody since 08.07.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur in connection with Vigilance Case No. 54 of 2015, Special Case No.18 of 2015.
