The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 241 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 27.09.2021, the bail application with respect to petitioner no.2, above named, has been dismissed as having become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.1, above named, who has been arrested by the Police.
