2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 113 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 286 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is suspected of keeping an explosive material in the house in which the mother of the petitioner got injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S.
