The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(i) For quashing of the order contained in memo no. 2752-2 dated 11.07.2017 passed by the Respondent SubDivisional Officer, Udakishunganj whereby and whereunder the license no. 41/2011 of the petitioner has been suspended in most arbitrary manner.

(ii) Any other order or orders as your Lordships deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the petitioner is permitted to approach the Sub-

4. Having regard to the nature of the prayer made, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Udakishunganj, Madhepura (respondent no.

3).
