2. By the present writ application, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent authorities to reimburse the original bills equivalent to LTC fare and 10 days E.L. encashment for block year 2018-21, which is pending since long, and also for paying interest on the aforesaid amount.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences submits that the petitioner may be directed to file a representation before the Director, Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences as the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2323 of 2022(3) dt.02-05-2024 2/2 claim of the petitioner appears to be genuine inasmuch as the petitioner was granted permission vide Annexures-1 & 2 to the writ application.

4. In such view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the Director, Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna (respondent no.2) within a period of two weeks from today and respondent no.2 would be obliged to pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks thereafter.
