The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant Parmeshwar Pandit with Sabal on his head.

It is submitted that the injury found on the head of the informant Parmeshwar Pandit is simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Barhat P.S.
