The accusation against this petitioner is that he, on the pretext of providing the post of Secretary in NGO, established physical relation with the informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that much prior to institution of this case, the informant had solemnized her marriage with the petitioner which is evident from perusal of Annexure-2 to this petition but later on, when some differences took place between the petitioner and the informant, the informant lodged this false case. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten
