2. In compliance of the order dated 29.01.2024, both the petitioner and the O.P. No.2 are present in the Court.
3. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 323, 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the dispute between the parties has been settled by them out of the Court.
5. The O.P. No.2, herself stated that she has received settlement amount of Rs.95,000/- from the petitioner and only
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7330 of 2023(6) dt.06-02-2024 2/2 Rs.5000/- is pending from his side. The petitioner submits that he is ready to pay the remaining amount of Rs.5000/- to the complainant/O.P. No.2.
6. In that view of the matter, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.C-1/57 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C., (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) shikha/- U T
