1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37666 of 2024 whereby the present petitioners have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 1 is in service on the post of "Agniveer" and was not granted leave by the concerned Department, as such, he could not surrender within stipulated time and the petitioner no.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10989 of 2025(2) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 2 at the relevant point of time was preparing for DIET examination and he also could not surrender before the court below. He, accordingly, prays for further two weeks time to surrender before the learned District Court.

4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned court below by order dated 03.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37666 of 2024 be extended by further two weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
