Counsel for the petitioner submits that alternative remedy in the nature of appeal to the District Appellate Authority is available and as such this application may be permitted to be

Patna High Court CWJC No.14865 of 2017 (2) dt.08-12-2017 2/2 withdrawn in order to enable the counsel for the petitioner to approach District Teachers Appellate Authority. Permission is accorded.

In case, the petitioner files appeal before the District Teachers Appellate Authority, the Appellate Authority will decide the case on its own merit after condoning the delay, if any. With the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
