Learned counsel for the State accepts notice for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to furnish copy of the petition to learned counsel for the State, if it is not already served.

In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of writ(s), order (s) or directions commanding the Respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.7929 of 2021 dt.11-03-2022 2/2 to consider her representation and thereby transfer and post her in the nearby Narkatiyaganj/Gaunaha on the post of Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM) Regular where her husband is posted rather she has established her matrimonial home with her three minor children And/or be pleased to pass such other order(s) or directions as your lordship may deem fit & proper."

In support of the aforesaid relief, petitioner has furnished Annexure-1 to 5. The transferring authority is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's grievance and redress the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. The concerned authority is hereby directed to take note of relevant guidelines so as to examine, is there any exemption for transfer of physically handicapped persons? With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
