The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sonepur P. S. Case No. 1212 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 447, 323, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Abhay Kumar whose case is identical to that of the petitioner has already been granted pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.81103 of 2019.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State does not dispute the aforesaid contention made on behalf of the petitioner.

Regard being had to the submission made above, for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5579 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 the reasons assigned in the order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.81103 of 2019, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Saran Chapra in Sonepur P.
