2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 80 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals committed dacoity at Reliance Jewells in Samstipur and looted heavy amount of gold and cash around 1.5 lakh.

4. Petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused Biru Paswan whose face was captured in the CCTV footage. Petitioner is in jail since 01.06.2024 and has two criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
