The petitioner seeks bail in Paraiya P.S. Case No. 9/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have dragged the victim in a mustard field and made attempt to commit rape with her but on alarm the petitioner could not succeed and fled away. The petitioner is in jail since 01.02.2015. He has already remained in jail for seven months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 9/2015.
