The petitioner has filed the present writ application for issuance of appropriate writ or direction to the respondent authorities to provide protection to the petitioner and her family members of their life and property from respondents no. 6 to 9. The petitioner has further prayed for issuance of writ/direction to the respondents authorities to restrain the respondents no. 6 to 9 from making any construction in the way of the house of the petitioner.
Patna High Court CWJC No.3234 of 2019(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 Considering the relief(s) sought for, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh application before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna (respondent no. 3) within a period of four months from today. The respondent no. 3 shall consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties.
