Learned State counsel accepts notice for respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to serve a copy of the petition to learned counsel for the State if it has not already served.

Service of notice to ninth respondent-Munni Kumari is dispensed with since no adverse order is passed against her.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6165 of 2021 dt.07-02-2022 2/3 In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of of Mandamus commanding the respondents to to especially respondent No.1 to 7 to appoint this petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sewika under the jurisdiction of VillageMusáhri, Ward NO.-2, Gram Panchayat- Gaura for which this petitioner applied and also appeared in the meeting of Gram Sabha conducted by the Child Development Project Officer Teghra, Begusarai.

(ii) For commanding the respondents as to why this petitioner has not been appointed on the post of Anganbari Sewika of ward NO.-2, VillageMusahri though she deserve all the quality and qualification of the said post.

(iii) For commanding the respondents especially respondent NO. 1 to 7 as to why Munni Kumari, the respondent NO. 8 has been appointed on the said post though she is not eligible and appropriate candidate for the said post.

(iv) For any other writ/writS, order orders, direction/ directions as this Hon'ble court may deem firt and proper as the facts and circumstances of this case"

In support of the aforesaid relief petitioner submitted representation dated 27.01.2020 (Annexure-4). The concerned respondent has not taken any decision on the petitioner's representation.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6165 of 2021 dt.07-02-2022 3/3 Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2020 (Anneuxre-4) and proceed to pass speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to ninth respondent-Munni Kumari.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
