2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner along with other co-accused persons kidnapped minor daughter of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion . The victim in statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P C has not taken name of this petitioner. Further submits that matter has been compromised between the parties and in this regard a compromise petition has

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. case No. 39 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
