Patna High Court MJC No.334 of 2019(4) dt.06-07-2020 2/3 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks from the date of lifting of the lockdown in the State of Bihar.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.07.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10739 of 2011 by which the writ petition was disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 30.03.2011 passed in Appeal Case No. 104/10 by the Member, District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority, Bhagalpur, within a period of thirty days from the date of order i.e., 12.07.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some unavoidable reasons, he could not prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority. Hence, he prays for further thirty days time to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority.

Considering the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the petitioner is granted further thirty days time to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority from today.
