The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three persons, namely, Manish Raj, Saurabh Kumar, petitioner No.1 and Rishikesh Kumar, petitioner No.2, were apprehended. Manish Raj, driver of the vehicle, produced some papers which were found to be forged.

It is submitted that the petitioners have no manner of concern with the vehicle. Seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioners. The petitioners were mere passengers. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42305 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Jehanabad (Karauna O.P.) P.S. Case No. 293/15.
